Devin P. Crudup is the Founder and Managing Partner of Quilt Capital. A serial entrepreneur, business advisor, and proud trans man, Devin brings over a decade of entrepreneurial experience and an unmatched passion for helping others scale what others said was impossible.
He is also the Founder and CEO of The 10.22.D Agency, a business growth agency known for guiding VC portfolio companies and early-stage startups into industry leadership through founder coaching, milestone planning, and follow-on pitch deck coverage. With deep roots in purpose-driven innovation, Devin created Quilt Capital to be more than a VC firm—it’s a vehicle for legacy, sovereignty, and radical economic empowerment.
